From my mother, Martha Espey
- ½ cup warm water
 - 2 tsp sugar
 - 2 pkgs of yeast
 - 2 cups warm water
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 tsp salt
 - 4 cups flour (she never measured the flour)
 - ½ cup butter (1 stick)
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - ½ cup brown sugar

- Mix ½ cup of warm water and sugar with the yeast. Set aside to activate.
 - In another bowl, mix 2 cups of warm water with beaten eggs, and then add the salt and yeast mixture.
 - Add flour until it forms a firm ball and doesn’t stick to the bowl.
 - Let it rise to double the size.
 - Roll out the dough and spread the butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar on it.
 - Moisten the edges with water and roll up.
 - Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
